1. Wash lentil with pure water and put rice noodle in bowl with water.

2. Then boil water and put lentil in the pot.

3. Fry pounded garlic, onion and ginger and add in lentil pot.

4. After a few minutes, put nice noodle and when it is cooked, ready to eat.
